About The Position

Our client, a fast-growing construction services company, is seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Reporting Analyst to support financial, operational, and project reporting. This role is ideal for someone who is exceptional in Excel, understands reporting workflows within a pool, construction, or trades environment, and can convert raw data into clear insights for leadership. This is an onsite position based in Anna, TX.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in reporting, accounting, or financial analysis, ideally in construction, pools, or trades-related industries.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards, macros, charting, modeling).
• Experience extracting and consolidating data from multiple systems (CRM/ERP/job cost tools).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and summarize large data sets.
• Ability to commute daily to the Anna, TX office.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with job costing, project accounting, or WIP reporting.
• Familiarity with construction-specific tools such as Procore, Sage, Buildertrend, Foundation, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize detailed financial and operational reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Analyze accounting and project data to track costs, margins, productivity, and performance trends.
• Extract, clean, and manipulate data from CRM, accounting, ERP, and job cost platforms.
• Identify reporting inefficiencies and partner with leadership to implement automation and process improvements.
• Support decision-making through timely, accurate reporting for field operations, finance, and executive leadership.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting tools.
