The Reporting Analyst is responsible for extracting, manipulating, and analyzing data to meet the needs of internal and external audiences. The Reporting Analyst uses knowledge of Choices operations to think critically about applied research needs and results to inform quality assurance, quality improvement and reporting activities. The Reporting Analyst works with multiple Choices team members to understand their evaluation and research needs and generates appropriate evaluation reports, dashboards, or other outputs to meet these needs. The incumbent must be able to respond to both fixed evaluation and quality assurance schedules and frequent ad hoc requests with a high attention to detail and a full understanding of the results represented. Organizational Management Assists in developing project-specific outcomes that are useful to project stakeholders. Participates as an active team member in the planning, implementation and maintenance of projects (e.g., provide project management assistance, ongoing information for project improvement and model fidelity, etc.). Regularly assesses the accuracy and timeliness of data collection activities and generate tools (e.g., Power BI reports and Power Automate flows) that assist project directors, managers, and supervisors in managing the quality of data collected by their team members. Implements local evaluation and data collection activities and protocols to ensure quality assurance and the protection of human subjects. Attends and participates in all relevant ARE/PQI meetings. Willingly completes other duties as assigned to advance the mission of Choices.
