POSITION TITLE: Reporting Analyst I ( Non – LO – No Consumer Contact) JOB STATUS: Full Time/Salary DEPARTMENT: Business Analytics REPORTS TO: Reporting Analyst Lead TRAVEL REQUIRED: None WORK SCHEDULE: Hybrid - 2 days in-office, 3 days remote after training. PAY: The expected hiring range for this position is from $66,495 to $83,115 plus additional bonus opportunity. The stated hiring range is based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. Final compensation decisions will take into account a variety of considerations, including individual skills, internal equity, and organizational needs. JOB SUMMARY: The Reporting Analyst I develops various reporting and analytic solutions that present information for decision-making opportunities . This role reports to the Business Analytics Manager and utilizes data from a variety of sources to provide an excellent customer experience by ensuring accurate and timely reports.
