This role involves delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers with shopping and finding products, ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience, and completing truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store. Key responsibilities include maintaining store recovery standards, engaging customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educating customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and assisting with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). The position also requires participation in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, merchandise recovery and maintenance, and performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties. Team members are expected to support shrink and safety programs, adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, and interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, promoting commitment to the organization’s vision and values. Cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production is also part of the role.
