About The Position

The Repeatable Model & Estimating Manager is responsible for how StructureCare’s work is performed across territories through systems, processes, and estimating standards. The position serves as the business owner of core operational platforms (Procore, Salesforce, etc..) and ensures workflows support a consistent and effective way of operating. The role also owns the company’s standardized estimating approach, including pricing logic, labor assumptions, and templates, to improve accuracy, predictability, and profitability. While Territory and Regional leaders are responsible for day-to-day execution, this role defines standards, measures compliance, and uses actual results to improve systems, processes, and estimating practices across the company. The position works closely with Operations, Sales, Engineering, IT, Finance, and Training to support consistent execution and scalable growth.

Requirements

  • EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, engineering, operations, or a related field preferred.
  • EXPERIENCE: 5–8 years in business systems, operations, estimating, or process improvement roles.
  • Experience setting standards and improving processes across multiple teams or locations
  • Strong experience with CRM/ERP tools (Procore & Salesforce preferred).
  • Proven ability to set standards, drive adoption and consistency, and improve processes using data.
  • Ability to translate business needs into workflows, system setup, or practical solutions
  • Strong communication, organization, cross-functional, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Operating Model Define standard workflows, system configurations, and rules for how work is executed across territories. Ensure Procore, Salesforce, and estimating tools support the repeatable model. Update workflows, configurations, and estimating standards based on findings. Work with IT to prioritize and implement system improvements.
  • Own the Estimating Framework Maintain and improve standardized estimating approach, including logic, assumptions, and templates. Review estimates for compliance with standards and alert leadership in the event of discrepancies. Analyze estimated vs. actual performance and update the model to eliminate risks and cost variability. Review estimating performance data to spot issues or inconsistencies Support operations and finance in improving predictability and profitability
  • Audit and Continuous Improvement Create and maintain the audit framework for system use, process adherence, and estimating standards. Define what is measured; territory and regional leaders enforce within their teams. Conduct audits, identify inconsistencies, root causes, and improvement opportunities through data and audit results. Translate findings into system, process, or estimating enhancements.
  • Lead Change to Keep the Model Aligned Manage and perform updates to systems, processes, and estimating standards. Coordinate change rollout, communication, readiness, and adoption. Monitor adoption and reinforce consistent use
  • Enable Training & Support Territories Build and support training on systems, processes, and estimating. Work with regional leaders to identify gaps and reinforce consistent execution.
  • Measure What Matters Define and report KPIs for system usage, compliance, and estimating accuracy. Provide actionable insights to leadership.
