About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated, professional, and detail-oriented Collision Repair Planner (ESTIMATOR) to join our team. This position is a critical role inside of the shop and will be writing the repair plan of each vehicle. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator — both verbally and in writing — who thrives in a fast-paced setting, is tech-savvy, and is eager to grow their career within a dynamic company.

Requirements

Proven experience in the front office, customer service, or administrative role (automotive or body shop experience a plus but not required).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Minimum of 5 years of Collision estimating experience.
Self-driven, motivated, and eager to grow within the company.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns effectively.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a strong understanding of how to use technology, including email systems, CRM platforms, and other digital communication tools.

Responsibilities

Work directly with technicians in shop to blueprint each vehicle entering production.
Write repair plans based upon OEM procedures.
Communicate repair updates clearly to Collision Repair Advisors.
Support the management team with administrative tasks, data entry, and documentation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment.
Assist with filing insurance claims and coordinating with adjusters.
Demonstrate a proactive attitude toward professional development and career advancement opportunities.
Source Parts for repairs in-process.
Manage production workflow for all cars in-process.
Coordinate Sublet any necessary sublet repairs.
