About The Position

This position is responsible for managing the RO/ RTP (Repair Order/ Returned to Plant) list and ensuring that vehicles are being repaired and closed in a timely manner.In addition, this position will coordinate repairs with KaGA and send out daily reports to both Glovis Management and KaGA of the RO (Repair Order) reviews.

Requirements

HS Diploma/G.E.D Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Organized and strong attention to detail
Proficient PC skills - Outlook, Database management system

Responsibilities

Must be able to monitor the load lanes in truck and rail, when an RO is open that unit must get unreleased and taken to a designated area to be reviewed and determined if that unit should be RTP'ed (Returned to Plant)
Must keep the RO/RTP list up to date while opening and closing RO/RTP throughout the day while responding in a timely manner
Should be able to sit and participate in daily meetings with Glovis and KaGA representatives on a daily basis
Ensure working RO/RTP from aging and keeping load lane RO/RTP to a minimum
Required to review and report all activities on a daily basis with the assistant of sending out emails to KaGA and Glovis personnel
