About The Position

Repair Development Engineer Overview We are seeking a Senior Repair Development Engineer to support the development and implementation of engineering repair solutions for complex components. This role focuses on creating technical repair procedures, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring solutions meet applicable engineering and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related engineering field.
• Experience developing engineering repair solutions.
• Familiarity with regulatory or certification processes in highly regulated industries.
• Experience with CAD tools (NX preferred).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in team environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate repair solutions for complex mechanical components.
• Create technical documentation, drawings, and repair procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to implement repair strategies.
• Provide technical support and participate in design and repair reviews.
• Work within applicable regulatory and engineering standards when developing repairs.
