The Role: The Repair Center Associate will assist with receiving, picking, and processing repair orders while maintaining all aspects of the Repair Center through the Oracle Depot Repair system. Perform additional clerical and administrative functions to support Repair Center operations. Collaborate closely with repair technicians to provide product repair support for customer items. All responsibilities are carried out with a focus on delivering customer value and meeting established customer service levels.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in material management, customer service, order management, or similar fields
  • Experience with an ERP/CRM system - Oracle experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of Accounts Payable/Receivable processes, order management, and solid basic math skills.
  • Previous material management experience preferred
  • Previous customer service or repair service experience preferred
  • Must have working knowledge of PC’s and PC software
  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds
  • Must be customer service oriented
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with high level of accuracy and efficiency

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with an ERP/CRM system - Oracle experience preferred
  • Previous material management experience preferred
  • Previous customer service or repair service experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist in processing repair orders from receiving to picking
  • Provide warranty and turnaround status updates on customers’ orders.
  • Evaluate, repair, and calibrate various Analytic customer products
  • Follow-up with customer on evaluation information and to obtain authorization for repair
  • Enter Service and warranty data into Oracle system.
  • Assist in developing product test documentation e.g. Technical Bulletins and Service Manuals
  • Complete material transactions and ordering parts as required per technician’s need
  • Run discrepancy report weekly and clean up as needed
  • Create and update SFDC Cases as needed for quality assurance
  • Provide technical/service support to our Global ASC (Authorized Service Center) Network.
