About The Position

This job is responsible for the disassembly, assembly and testing of devices using standardized test equipment and procedures, in a fast-paced production environment where you will perform a variety of repetitive to non-repetitive production operations. This is an onsite role in our Irving, TX facility with a schedule of Monday - Thursday, 6AM - 4:30PM.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills, ability to enter data
  • Knowledge of and ability to maintain 6S standards
  • Ability to operate automated equipment
  • Ability to reach and maintain unit per handset (UPH) requirements
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to interact effectively and positively with all levels of company personnel

Nice To Haves

  • One year of previous experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

  • Disassemble and assemble devices using hand tools and/or electrical tools
  • Test and program devices as needed
  • Cosmetically visually inspect devise against pre-determined standards
  • Perform radio frequency (RF) testing of devices using standardized test equipment and procedures
  • Perform quality control actions using automated tools
  • Refer to and follow standard operating procedures to perform job duties
  • Use computer to enter data into the company database
  • Physically move material as needed
  • Participate in continuous improvement and team building activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned
