About The Position

This is a 1st shift position The Repack is responsible for safely and efficiently repacking ice cream products into designated packaging while ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with safety and GMP standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining product integrity, meeting production goals, and upholding company quality expectations.

Requirements

Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and count accuracy.
Demonstrated ability to follow oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

Repack ice cream products in the appropriate order according to specifications.
Inspect product for quality issues, including identifying and removing non-sealed or damaged items.
Accurately count and verify products quantities to ensure correct package counts.
Properly place and position products in packaging to prevent damage.
Ensure all boxes are correctly sealed, labeled, and complaint with company standards.
Safely unstack products designated for repacking.
Properly palletize finished goods following pallet configuration standards.
Maintain strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), including personal hygiene and food safety requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Communicate effectively with Table Leads and Supervisors regarding production, quality, or safety concerns.
