About The Position
The Repack Temp is responsible for picking, packing, and processing products accurately while maintaining warehouse safety, organization, and quality standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years warehouse experience required; 3–5 preferred.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Lift/move up to 50 lbs; frequent walking, bending, and standing.
- Ability to climb step ladders and use hands for repetitive tasks.
- Steel-toed shoes required.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders, ensuring accuracy.
- Report defective materials to supervisor.
- Sort, move, and stage products for shipping.
- Ensure packaging prevents damage.
- Process shipments and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Follow safety guidelines and warehouse procedures.
