This position works Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and is responsible for supporting departmental efficiency. Duties may include greeting customers in accordance with company standards of care; delivering world-class customer service; answering inbound and outbound calls; performing PBX operations; completing reception and basic demographic quick registration data entry; and clearly explaining and obtaining required hospital and patient legal forms (e.g., Advance Directives, Conditions of Service, Consent for Treatment, Important Message from Medicare, EMTALA, etc.).
