About The Position

We're excited to welcome an enthusiastic Member Relationship Representative (MRR) to our branch team! In this role, you'll provide personalized financial guidance, open new accounts, process loan applications, and support a variety of member needs. You'll play a key role in identifying the right financial solutions while building meaningful relationships that help improve our members' financial well-being.

• You're confident in sales, an effective communicator, and a strong problem-solver.

Responsibilities

• Educating and guiding members on financial products tailored to their needs
• Opening new accounts and processing consumer loan applications
• Conducting new member onboarding and providing ongoing follow-up support
• Engaging with members both in person and over the phone to deliver exceptional service
• Supporting branch operations, including teller transactions and account inquiries
• Collaborating with team members and other departments to achieve shared goals
