About The Position

We have an opening for a shift supervisor for our team in Grand Island, NE, working between our stand alone location and the airport. Budget's work environment is collaborative and team oriented with a high emphasis on rewarding individual contribution as well. With commission, this position is expected to earn up to $20/HR. Benefits are offered with PTO, Sick time, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K Matching, Paid Holidays, and Holiday Pay. This schedule requires open availability for weekends and evenings.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year of customer service experience
1 year of leadership or supervisory experience
Professional communication skills
Problem resolution experience
Minimum age of 18
Valid driver's license
Clean driving record

Responsibilities

Rental agreement and refueling audits
Filing
Inventory
Greet customers using standard dialogue
Address customer inquiries, such as explanation of charges, vehicle damages, directions, etc.
Perform vehicle exchanges and extensions
Inspect incoming vehicles for new damage
Report damages to on-duty supervisor
Scan returning vehicles back into system
Provide computerized receipt to customer
Maintain current knowledge and adhere to the guidelines on all company policies and procedures, new training information, pricing and promotions etc.
Support a team environment by assisting other agents and/or other areas when needed
