Come grow your career - See what opportunities await today! Summary: The Rental Store Manager will drive the development of the rental services business for Ohio CAT. As Ohio CAT continues to grow their rental businesses, we will face different sets of challenges, which will require different types of support. This position will identify areas of improving operations and maximizing profits while providing the highest standard of customer service. To be effective, a Rental Store Manager must be willing to accept and assist in driving change. This role requires on-site work at our office.

Requirements

• A high school diploma is required, and a college degree in a related field is preferred.
• Must have experience and training in the understanding of start-up procedures necessary for a rental store, knowledge of operations, sales, service, and systems.
• Experience in the renal industry or equivalent experience is required.
• A working knowledge of Irental, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and equipment is required.
• Must be able to perform and explain every job in the rental store, and organize and deliver basic training on products, operations, sales, service, and systems.

Nice To Haves

• Previous business management experience and mechanical aptitude is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Must be a leader with great people skills, an enthusiastic personality, a proven communicator, and the ability to teach job responsibilities to new team members.
• Sound organizational skills with the ability to coordinate programs and logistics associated with the programs are required and must be able to delegate effectively, keeping the organization on track.
• Understands all facets of financial reporting (P/L statements and Balance sheets) and along with controlling expenses within the company, monitors the G/L distribution of income and expenses to assure accurate reporting each month.
• Must have assessment techniques of examining, questioning, evaluating, and reporting on the performance of each store.
