Requirements
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to work in various weather conditions. You are cleaning in a wash bay/garage area, and the Airport has an automatic carwash.
- Willingness to cover shifts for colleagues who are on vacation or taking PTO.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Punctuality and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Listen attentively to customer needs and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their travel experience.
- Proactively engage customers without reservations to increase market share.
- Guide customers through the rental process with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Sell additional products to boost your earnings and contribute to your financial success.
- Demonstrate independence and responsibility, especially during periods of solo work.
- Cleaning cars and preparing them for the customers.
