JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible for representing rent-to-rent and new and used allied equipment sales in a defined geographic territory to consistently increase the customer base and rental revenue of new and used allied equipment sales. Occasional travel may be required.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have in-depth knowledge of Caterpillar BCP equipment.
• Three years of experience in the rental or sales of aerial/boom/scissor lifts, backhoe loaders, track-type tractors, generators, skid steer loaders, trench protection equipment, and other common allied equipment is preferred, training will be provided if necessary.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• The ability to communicate effectively and work with customers and staff, as well as on an independent basis are both required.
• Must be familiar with the geographic area that encompasses this territory.
• Requires a highly motivated and energetic personality.

Nice To Haves

• A college degree is preferred.
