Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive rental, service, or similar customer-facing role
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• A positive, customer-first attitude
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily rental operations and ensure excellent customer service
• Manage rental inventory, scheduling, and vehicle availability
• Maintain accurate contracts, billing, and compliance
• Collaborate with service and sales departments to support customer needs
• Drive performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
