Excellent customer service skills.
Cash handling skills

Basic knowledge of the bike industry preferred
Basic knowledge of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort preferred
2 years of previous bike experience preferred
Guest service & rental experience preferred

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service
Assist in hiring, training, managing, and motivating a retail sales staff
Open/Close Hoback Sports Store
Maintain efficient daily operations of Hoback Sports retail department
Work with sales staff to ensure proper cash handling and charge procedures are in compliance
Execute daily operations of Hoback Sports including morning meetings, opening/closing procedures, daily sales goal, and key holder
Assist rental department during high customer volume periods
Assist in processing customer special orders, warranty returns and damages
Assist in executing store sales and promotions
Assist in processing store transfers
Merchandise new products and facilitate back stock/restocking
Work with retail manger to maintain store cleanliness and presentation
Assist in all sales training and up selling techniques
Facilitate morning sales goals and go over any new retail information
