About The Position

This role is a great fit for candidates with experience in logistics, dispatching, retail operations, or other fast-paced environments.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, Word)
• Willingness to work outdoors or near a mechanical shop with a moderate noise level
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Must be able to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot; enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods; and drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely

Nice To Haves

• 6 months dispatcher, logistics, or coordination experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus

Responsibilities

• coordinate the movement and availability of our rental vehicle fleet to meet customer demand
• inventorying vehicles
• tracking the status and movement of cars
• dispatching vehicles to the appropriate locations
• communicate with internal teams and, at times, external partners to coordinate vehicle movements or transports
• prepare and compile reports
• help ensure vehicles are available, positioned correctly, and ready for customers
