Requirements

Must own proper tools to perform repairs
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous mechanic work or military experience
Understanding of diesel, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Ability to troubleshoot and perform quality repairs independently or with guidance

Nice To Haves

Technical degree or certificate from a trade school
Experience working on heavy equipment, compact construction equipment, and man lifts
Background with hydraulic pumps, valves, and motor systems
Welding or fabrication experience

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repairs on Mustang’s expanding rental fleet
Troubleshoot and repair diesel engines, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems
Service a wide range of heavy equipment, compact construction machinery, and aerial lift equipment
Maintain reliability and performance to ensure customer satisfaction
