About The Position

Managed Labor Solutions (MLS), a leading nationwide rental car outsourcing company, is currently hiring quality, team driven people to work as a Rental Car Return Agent for our partners. What you'll be doing: Greet customers dropping off their rental car Secure vehicle keys from the customer and confirm necessary documentation and checks are performed as needed Expedite the rental return process so customers can continue to their destinations Check for damages with visual inspection and remind customer to check for personal belongings Identify any items found in the vehicle with a unit number, date, time and turn into lost and found

Requirements

Valid driver's license
18 years of age or older
Must be flexible with schedule to work night, weekends and holidays as needed
Must be able to reach, stretch, bend and sit for long periods at a time

Responsibilities

Greet customers dropping off their rental car
