About The Position

Berlin City Lexus–Toyota is seeking a Loaner Vehicle & Rental Car Manager to support both our Sales and Service teams by coordinating loaner and rental vehicles and ensuring a seamless, stress-free customer experience. Position Overview: This role is a key touchpoint in our customers’ journey—from service drop-off to vehicle return—and plays an important part in delivering the high-level care and professionalism Berlin City Auto Group is known for. The pay range for this position is $23.00 to $27.00 per hour based on experience.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver’s license with a favorable motor vehicle record
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the check-in, assignment, and return of loaner and rental vehicles
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers needing transportation support
  • Communicate clearly with Service Advisors, Sales staff, and Management to ensure smooth vehicle availability
  • Maintain accurate records, schedules, and documentation for loaner and rental usage
  • Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, fuel levels, and condition before and after use
  • Deliver consistent follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Uphold Berlin City’s standards for professionalism, hospitality, and customer care
