Must have a flexible schedule. We rotate 2 different shifts along with weekends. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Determine customer’s rental needs. Answer phone from potential customers. Maintain all vehicles are properly parked and locked on premises. Answer telephones and book reservations when customers inquire about rental vehicles. Correspond with internal departments in order to confirm their rental needs are satisfied. Close out rental agreements and accept funds when customers return. Inspect vehicles for damage, cleanliness, gas and maintenance then complete proper due bills if needed. Receive cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers; record amount received. QUALIFICATIONS Experience is recommended but not required. Strong organizational, communication, & customer care skills. Must have good computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Valid driver’s license, good driving record, & the ability to safely operate vehicles.
