About The Position

Toyota of Melbourne has an immediate opportunity for a Rental Car Agent. Must have an outgoing personality, the ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced environment. Job duties include, but are not limited to: Coordinate with Rental Car Manager to have loaner vehicles cleaned inside and out prior to loaning To customer. Ensure loaner vehicles are checked in properly for damage and fuel usage. This must be performed prior to customer leaving the service center. Responsible for ensuring proper documentation requirements are met for all loaner contracts (i.e. valid DL, valid proof of insurance, deductible deposit charged if applicable) Escort customers to the loaner car. Perform a walk around, cover preexisting damage, and fuel levels. Obtain all document signatures required. Once loaner car is returned, perform a return walk around, review any new damage and fuel level. Obtain all return document signature required, as well as any payment for deductible/damage/s to loaner car. Assist Rental Car Manager with other duties as required.

Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent
• Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Must be available to work weekends
