Position: Seasonal Rental Assistant (Full-Time) We are currently hiring a Full-Time Seasonal Rental Assistant to help ensure our rental customers have a smooth, enjoyable experience from booking to departure. This is a great seasonal position for someone who enjoys variety, meeting new people, and being part of a supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, assist with rental bookings, and walk them through their RV so they feel confident and ready for the road.
- Schedule rental departures and returns, enter rental contracts, and coordinate minor maintenance needs.
- Answer calls, help troubleshoot basic questions, and assist customers if they experience issues during their trip.
- Work closely with the Rental Manager and team members to ensure every customer has a smooth and enjoyable experience.
