About The Position

If you want to own your own business in Lancaster, Pa and are experienced in Rent to Own there is an existing Franchisee that can give you an opportunity to own your own location. A fully operational location that is fully staffed with a good monthly revenue producing customer base could be your opportunity. This location is fully functional and currently been operating over the past 9 years. Recently remodeled location which Includes all operating supplies and delivery vehicles. A General Manager/Franchisee in Training oversees daily business operations or business unit operations while simultaneously developing, implementing, and delivering training programs to ensure brand standards, operational efficiency, and high-performance results. The franchisee training program will teach you the key responsibilities such as training new managers/staff on procedures, conducting audits, driving profitability, accounting, marketing and advertising to maintain a profitable store. This position is only for entreprenuer minded individuals who are looking to expand their business portfolio or an experienced professional who is driven to own their own business. If you do not meet the financial qualifications on based net worth, working capital, and the ability to obtain a loan up to 500k please do not apply. Franchisor offers up to 100K for qualified candidates as additional working capital for those who qualify based on credit worthiness and up front capital. Franchisor offers a complete training program to qualify you and transition you from the Franchisee Training Program to Franchise ownership.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years management with prior training or coaching experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to manage team performance and interpret operational data.
  • Ability to travel to training seminars, buying group conventions (sometimes 20% or more) and work irregular hours, including nights and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or equivalent work experience in this field.
  • Liquid Assets (Cash): Readily available cash needed to cover initial expenses, franchise fees, and operating losses in the early stages.
  • Net Worth: The total value of an individual's assets minus liabilities. Requirements can range from $50,000 to $500,000+ depending on the brand.
  • Credit Score: A good personal credit score is crucial for financing approval, often requiring 680 or higher.
  • Working Capital: Funds required to sustain operations to maintain a profitable store.
