Role Summary As a Renewals Success Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer retention and maximizing revenue through the management of subscription renewals. You will work closely with our Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Revops and Deal Desk teams to execute a seamless renewal process, address customer concerns, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. This role requires excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills to meet retention goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Location: US Based fully Remote Compensation: Base salary $55-$65K + $8,500 in annual bonus potential
