About The Position

As a Renewals Sales Representative at Everfox, you will manage relationships with existing customers and drive revenue growth through renewals, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities. You will work closely with field representatives to ensure customers' needs are met, helping them leverage Everfox’s industry-leading Web, data, and email content security solutions. This role is critical to maintaining Everfox’s reputation for exceptional customer care and ensuring clients continue to receive the best-in-class protection against modern security threats.

Requirements

  • Proven success in managing and growing existing accounts in a B2B environment.
  • Experience closing business deals, particularly in high-tech or cybersecurity organizations.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, including Salesforce, and capable of maintaining accurate sales records.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach to account management.
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling to C-Suite executives is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Account Management & Renewals: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing Everfox customers, focusing on securing renewals to ensure customer retention and long-term satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with field sales, system integrators, and value-added resellers to uncover and capitalize on cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across Everfox’s security portfolio.
  • Leverage Everfox’s multi-channel sales approach to position the best solution for each customer’s unique needs.
  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Create and execute a comprehensive territory development plan to drive success in managing renewals and growing the account portfolio.
  • Prioritize sales activities to meet agreed-upon targets for customer renewals and expanded sales opportunities.
  • Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, providing accurate, regular forecasts and reporting to senior management on both renewal and cross-sell progress.
  • Track customer interactions and opportunities within Salesforce and other internal systems, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of identified sales.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including Sales Engineering, Channel, and Executives, to engage the right resources at the right time and drive optimal customer outcomes.
  • Actively participate in internal and external meetings to provide insight, share knowledge, and continuously improve sales strategies.
  • Customer Engagement & Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to end users and resellers to manage opportunities, gather insights, and close sales.
  • Attend external customer meetings as needed to build relationships and identify additional opportunities for account growth.
  • Risk Management: Identify at-risk renewals early and collaborate with the Inside Sales Manager to develop action plans that mitigate potential churn.
  • Escalate complex or high-risk opportunities as needed to ensure successful closure.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Everfox product advancements.
  • Continuously develop relevant sales techniques and knowledge through internal training and self-directed learning.
