In this position, you’ll work with many different teams within the organization (Client Success, Sales & Finance). You’ll be helping forecast upcoming renewals, identify struggling or top-performing customers, and auditing accounts to ensure all records are reliable and up-to-date. Your main focus will be driving customer renewals and working towards a gross revenue retention of 85%.
