About the Role Skydio is seeking a Renewals Manager to help design and scale a modern renewals engine across Enterprise and Public Sector customers. This role drives retention, renewal, and growth of recurring software revenue while strengthening the systems, data integrity, and cross functional processes that support renewals. You will not simply execute existing workflows. You will help build the infrastructure that makes renewals predictable, scalable, and commercially strong. As Skydio continues to grow, renewals must operate with clear ownership, accurate forecasting, structured pricing guidance, and automation across Salesforce and DealHub. This role plays a central part in creating that foundation. Recurring software revenue is a critical driver of long term growth. You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Deal Desk, Orders Management, RevOps, Finance, and Legal to formalize renewal governance and ensure operational excellence.
