About The Position

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Renewals Manager to drive and manage the end-to-end renewal process for our Customer Success teams. This role is responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, high-volume contract renewals while partnering closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Finance. This individual will own the commercial renewal lifecycle—from renewal notice through executed agreement—ensuring revenue retention, operational accuracy, and process excellence. Unlike traditional CSM roles, this position is fully dedicated to renewal execution and documentation management. Requirements

  • 2+ years in Renewals, Customer Success, Sales Ops, or SaaS account management.
  • Experience managing high-volume SMB or mid-market renewals.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, GRR, churn).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and process orientation.
  • Experience with Salesforce and contract tools (CPQ, DocuSign preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute a high-volume book of renewals, ensuring on-time contract closures.
  • Maintain accurate renewal forecasting and pipeline tracking.
  • Identify at-risk accounts and partner with CSMs on retention strategy.
  • Draft and process renewal quotes, order forms, and amendments with precision.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Finance to ensure billing and revenue alignment.
  • Improve renewal workflows and documentation processes.
