We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Renewals Manager to drive and manage the end-to-end renewal process for our Customer Success teams. This role is responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, high-volume contract renewals while partnering closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Finance. This individual will own the commercial renewal lifecycle—from renewal notice through executed agreement—ensuring revenue retention, operational accuracy, and process excellence. Unlike traditional CSM roles, this position is fully dedicated to renewal execution and documentation management.
