We’re seeking a self-motivated Renewals professional to manage Planful’s customer retention initiatives. This person will be responsible for creating and maintaining healthy customer relationships and will lead the commercial aspect of the renewal process. The Renewals Manager is an integral part of Planful’s Customer team and will collaborate closely with our Account Managers, Customer Success team, and senior leadership to ensure the long-term success of Planful’s customers.
