The Renewal Manager owns the operational execution, governance, and accuracy of the renewal motion across Omnigo’s customer base. This role ensures renewals move through Salesforce cleanly, forecasts are reliable, approvals are handled efficiently, and contractual artifacts (quotes, POs, paperwork, signature workflows) are completed accurately and on time. This is not a relationship or account ownership role. Customer Success Managers retain responsibility for customer engagement, value realization, and securing the customer’s intent to renew. The Renewal Manager ensures the commercial and operational side of the renewal happens correctly and predictably at scale.
