Responsibilities

Contact prospective customers to discuss renewable energy programs and services
Ask screening and qualifying questions to assess customer interest and eligibility
Educate customers on basic clean energy concepts and available solutions
Schedule in-person or follow-up appointments with the sales team
Maintain accurate records of calls, notes, and outcomes in company systems
Follow up with candidates or customers who were unavailable by phone
Support the sales pipeline through consistent communication and organization
Represent the company professionally in all interactions
