About The Position

This is a performance-based sales role for individuals who want to earn what they’re worth and grow in a structured sales environment. At Mpower Direct, you will work directly with homeowners to present renewable energy service options and guide them through enrollment into clean energy programs. You will be trained, coached, and supported by experienced leaders in a high-performance culture. No experience required; we provide paid training.
