The Removables Coordinator plays a critical role in keeping production moving, quality high, and technicians supported. Requirements

Ability to identify production issues, troubleshoot effectively, and escalate appropriately
Working knowledge of Labtrac or similar production tracking systems (preferred)
Demonstrated ability to coach, guide, and support technicians in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Commitment to quality standards, cleanliness, and safety expectations
Comfortable leading by example and reinforcing company values
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and build positive working relationships
High level of accountability, professionalism, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Help with Scheduling and allocation of work in Labtrac system.
Utilizes each of the reports and matrixes for correct allocation to technicians based on training and coverage needed.
Manage lead times to ensure cases are delivered on time.
Direct employees to sideline activities as needed.
Assist employees in resolving routine and non-routine production problems.
Assist employees in reaching production and non-production assigned goals and deadlines.
Evaluate remake/rework reports and provide root cause analysis and training opportunities.
Coach, train, motivate the Removable technicians.
Maintain our quality standards.
Establish relationships and function as a liaison to proactively communicate between all cross-functional teams.
Possess excellent communication skills.
Ensure equipment is in proper working order.
Assist co-workers with any technical questions or issues.
Lead by example through embracing and practicing our values.
Maintain and clean work area and equipment; ensuring all team members are following cleaning schedule.
Work together as a team, keeping a pleasant work environment.
