As a Remote Vacation Consultant, you’ll oversee the details of client trips from start to finish. Your organizational skills ensure smooth, hassle-free travel for every client.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Customer service or administrative background
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently and remotely
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
Responsibilities
- Coordinate transportation, lodging, tours, and dining reservations
- Manage travel documents and itinerary details
- Handle schedule changes and emergencies
- Communicate with clients before, during, and after travel
- Work with vendors to secure the best rates and experiences
