Responsibilities
- Discuss travel needs and preferences with clients
- Assist in developing customized itinerary ideas
- Help coordinate bookings for lodging, transportation, and tours
- Communicate updates and respond to client questions
- Connect with travel partners when needed for arrangements
- Prepare itinerary details and confirmations
- Review travel plans to ensure accuracy
