Requirements

• Technical fluency in modern software systems and ability to engage in technical discussions.
• Experience using metrics to enhance predictability and drive outcomes.
• Data-driven mindset for tracking program health and decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills tailored for different audience levels.

Responsibilities

• Enable product outcomes by partnering with Product and Engineering Leads to create execution plans.
• Orchestrate multi-team initiatives spanning product, infrastructure, and platform capabilities.
• Drive clarity and remove ambiguity by connecting business intent to execution signals.
• Utilize AI-driven analytics to identify risks and generate proactive recommendations.
• Coach teams on healthy operating rhythms balancing autonomy with alignment.
• Facilitate alignment between senior stakeholders to enhance decision-making and accountability.
• Contribute to evolving tools, processes, and frameworks for execution at scale.
• Maintain a strong understanding of applied AI concepts to support analysis and documentation.
