About The Position

In this role, you will lead the software delivery function within an Agile environment, managing teams of Business Analysts and Scrum Masters. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful end-to-end delivery of software projects, from requirement gathering to deployment. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who thrives in dynamic environments, fostering strong relationships between technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in software delivery, project management, or Agile leadership roles.
- Proven track record managing teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with requirement gathering, scoping, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Nice To Haves
- Certifications such as CSM, PMP, SAFe, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts and Scrum Masters, providing coaching and performance management.
- Oversee the full project intake process including requirements gathering and initial assessments.
- Facilitate prioritization of initiatives aligned with business goals, managing a balanced backlog.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for thorough validation before production.
- Drive development execution across Agile teams, ensuring sprint commitments are met.
- Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and risks for successful project delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact for business stakeholders to manage expectations.
- Promote continuous improvement in Agile practices for enhanced delivery efficiency.
- Track and report on key metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies across multiple projects.
