In this role, you will lead the execution of site deployments for data centers, ensuring a smooth transition from construction to operations. You will coordinate with various teams, maintain operational standards, and manage a small group of professionals. Your impact will directly contribute to the operational readiness and efficiency of critical facilities, enhancing the overall performance of our partner's infrastructure.

Requirements

6â8 years of experience in critical facilities operations, industrial construction, or project management in mission-critical environments.
At least 2 years in a supervisory or team-lead capacity.
Strong coordination skills for managing cross-functional projects.
Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems in critical infrastructure.
Proficiency with CMMS/Asset Management workflows.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel up to 40% as projects demand.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end site deployment execution for assigned campuses/expansions, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to achieve Operational Readiness.
Plan and run readiness cadences, drive issue resolution, and escalate blockers as needed.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to forecast staffing needs and support onboarding processes.
Compile and ensure compliance documentation is complete prior to turnover.
Drive deployment and verification of critical management systems.
Verify security systems and safety protocols meet corporate standards.
Mobilize site resources and ensure readiness prior to turnover.
Collaborate with commissioning teams to confirm operability thresholds.
Mentor junior personnel and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Capture lessons learned post turnover to enhance future deployments.
