About The Position

Join Our Team: Virtual Sales Trainer We are looking for a high-energy, systems-savvy Sales Trainer to join our team at Enchanted Fairies. If you love the thrill of helping others succeed and can turn complex workflows into engaging "lightbulb" moments over Zoom, we want to meet you. At Enchanted Fairies, we don’t just train, we Elevate the Magic. You’ll be the face of our onboarding experience, ensuring every new hire feels supported and ready to shine The Critical Details (Read These First!) The Shift: This is a fixed, full-time schedule: Wednesday – Sunday, 8 am – 5 pm CST. Compensation: Up to $60k base salary + Profit Share Bonus Eligibility. Location: 100% Remote (Requires a quiet, dedicated workspace).

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–4+ years in sales training, facilitation, or enablement (or a high-performing sales role with real training responsibility).
  • LMS Mastery: Proven experience with LMS administration,this is a core requirement of the role.
  • Virtual Presence: Strong virtual facilitation skills; daily, camera-on Zoom training is the heart of this position.
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM and order/invoicing platforms .
  • Standard Tools: Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Slack .
  • AI Efficiency: Comfort using AI tools to build and update content faster.

Nice To Haves

  • A background in high-volume inside sales or call center environments .
  • Instructional design or curriculum development experience.
  • Experience contributing to hiring or interview processes.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate live, camera-on Zoom sessions that connect product knowledge and sales scripts into a complete, successful workflow
  • Manage the sales training curriculum within the LMS, keeping content updated with Close the Loop precision as our promotions and processes evolve
  • Conduct live virtual role-plays and maintain training scorecards to ensure only fully prepared consultants advance to production
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and People Ops to ensure a seamless transition from training to nesting.
