Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled phone or virtual consultations with prospective clients
  • Identify needs and explain program options in a clear, professional manner
  • Document conversations and follow-up actions using provided systems
  • Introduce and explain financial options such as life insurance, indexed universal life policies, and annuities
  • Attend optional coaching sessions and skill-building trainings
  • Uphold company values through ethical, service-focused communication
