About The Position
Globe Life AO (American Income Division), a division of Fortune 500 Globe Life, is expanding and seeking motivated individuals for remote sales roles with a clear pathway to Entry-Level Management & Leadership. This is a 100% remote sales position, focused on presenting company-approved products, educating clients, and guiding enrollments—all while working independently within a supportive team. The role offers full training, with no prior sales or industry experience required, and provides structured onboarding with ongoing support to learn proven sales strategies and virtual client engagement. It is a full-time or part-time opportunity, 100% remote and U.S. based only, with no cold calling or door-to-door sales.
Requirements
- Coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using Zoom, email, and online tools
- Self-directed, reliable, and professional
- 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- No prior sales or insurance experience required
Responsibilities
- Present company-approved products and programs to prospective clients
- Conduct virtual presentations via Zoom and phone
- Guide individuals through available options and enrollment
- Maintain accurate records and follow up with assigned leads
- Collaborate with a high-performing remote sales team
- Consistently meet weekly performance goals
