About The Position

We provide comprehensive training, structured onboarding, and ongoing mentorship to ensure every associate understands the sales process, product knowledge, and compliance standards.
This position is commission-based and not hourly or salaried.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using Zoom, email, and basic computer systems
• Self-motivated, organized, and professional
• Coachable and willing to follow a proven sales process
• No prior sales or industry experience required

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with assigned clients
• Present company-approved products using a structured sales process
• Educate clients on available options in a clear and professional manner
• Assist with enrollment and required documentation
• Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communication
• Work toward daily and weekly performance goals
• Collaborate with leadership and a remote sales team
