About The Position

Mailroom / Data Entry Clerk – Labeling & Sorting Workflow
Pay Rate: $16.50/hr (PAID WEEKLY + Benefits)
Location: Brooklyn, NY – Sunset Park (ONSITE – NOT REMOTE)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM + Overtime
Duration: Ongoing Contract

Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to work a full-time schedule (40+ hours/week)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle repetitive, process-driven tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic data entry and clerical experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Accurately receive, label, sort, and organize incoming mail and documentation
• Verify documentation for completeness and accuracy prior to processing
• Maintain logs and records of mail receipt, processing dates, and outgoing correspondence
• Perform filing, scanning, and document organization in accordance with workflow guidelines
• Support inbound document processing and assist with outbound mailing production
• Distribute mail to appropriate departments or employees to ensure timely delivery
• Follow established procedures for labeling, sorting, and quality control
• Contribute to overall team productivity by assisting with related administrative tasks as nee
