In this role, you will act as the key facilitator between mission stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your primary responsibility will be to own the service catalog, manage communications, and lead training programs that enhance user adoption. You will also be responsible for interpreting customer feedback into actionable improvements, thereby shaping a clear service delivery experience. As the RevOps Manager, you will simplify complex processes to ensure predictable and transparent outcomes for executives and technical teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years in enterprise IT service management or customer success.
  • Experience managing service catalog and outcomes-based metrics.
  • Proficient in ServiceNow or equivalent for IT service management.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

  • Own the service catalog and establish clear service expectations.
  • Facilitate the Voice-of-Customer (VoC) loop to gather and analyze feedback.
  • Standardize service request processes and enhance user training.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align service delivery with customer needs.
  • Lead improvements in metrics such as time-to-fulfill and customer satisfaction.
