About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Revenue Operations Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing our CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, to enhance lead generation and sales enablement. Your expertise will be critical in managing the technology infrastructure and ensuring accurate data flow across multiple platforms. This will involve collaboration with various teams, providing training, and ensuring effective use of tools across the organization. Your contributions will greatly impact our operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations.
  • 3+ years of experience with HubSpot Enterprise CRM (HubSpot certified admin preferred).
  • Expertise in API development, integrations, and advanced workflow logic.
  • Experience in at least one programming language (Python or JS preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own HubSpot administration and manage integrations across core revenue-related systems.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance teams to design and optimize GTM processes.
  • Develop and maintain automated workflows to streamline Revenue Operations processes.
  • Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between different platforms.
  • Provide insights and recommendations from data analysis to the VP of Sales & Customer Success.
  • Support forecasting and pipeline management across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
